Creator Bot Deck is an administrative tool for Discord creators and server staff. By signing in, using the bot, or connecting a server/storefront, you agree to use it only for servers, stores, channels, and data you are authorized to manage.
Access And Accounts
- You sign in with Discord OAuth. The dashboard does not create a separate password account.
- Access is based on Discord identity, connected server ownership, configured staff roles, and explicit allowlists.
- You must not try to bypass permission checks, owner unlocks, signed action tokens, rate limits, or audit logging.
Responsible Use
- Use the bot only for legitimate community, storefront, support, and moderation workflows.
- Do not use the service to harass users, spam Discord servers, scrape data, evade Discord limits, or misrepresent purchases.
- Do not paste bot tokens, private keys, payment card data, passwords, or unrelated sensitive personal data into dashboard fields or support tickets.
- Mass mentions such as @everyone and @here must be scheduled only by users who are explicitly allowed to do so.
Storefront Connections
If you connect Gumroad, Jinxxy, Payhip, or another storefront later, you must have authority to use that store account, API key, webhook secret, product catalog, and purchase data. You are responsible for the accuracy of product mappings, role IDs, support setup, webhook routes, and channel IDs for your server.
Discord And Platform Rules
Use of the dashboard and bot must also follow Discord's Terms, Discord's Developer Terms and Policy, and the rules of any storefront providers you connect. If those platform rules conflict with these terms, the stricter platform rule may control access to that integration.
Bot Actions And Automation
- Role grants, role repairs, upload receipt DMs, ticket updates, welcome messages, protection actions, patch-note posts, and scheduled pings depend on Discord API availability and bot permissions.
- The bot owner may throttle, block, reverse, or audit actions that appear unsafe, abusive, misconfigured, or outside the selected server scope.
- Dashboard previews and generated messages should be reviewed before posting publicly.
Availability And Changes
The service may be updated, restarted, moved between VPS providers, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security fixes, Discord API changes, or store provider changes. Features may be added, limited, or removed as the browser dashboard replaces the older launcher workflow.
Suspension Or Removal
Access may be removed for misuse, security risk, platform-policy violations, unauthorized store access, or requests from a server owner or bot owner. A server owner can remove the bot from their Discord server to stop future bot actions there.
No Professional Advice
Dashboard health, store, support, and policy warnings are operational tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
